Insights are often technically sound, carefully analyzed, and clearly visualized, yet they surface only once meetings are over, priorities are set, and momentum has taken over.     What’s striking is how differently leaders behave when insight appears early, while uncertainty still exists. Conversations slow down. Assumptions are questioned.
