Lately, Notion AI has actually saved me a ton of time. I use it mostly to draft client proposals and project notes, and also to summarize long emails or documents.

Before, I had spend ages rewriting things or digging through documents to pull out the key points. Now, I can quickly get a clear draft, tweak it to add my voice, and move on.

It’s simple, doesn’t feel like a “magic tool,” but it actually works for me day-to-day. I keep on using it because it just makes the small, repetitive parts of my work faster so I can focus on the actual data projects I enjoy.
