I’d be open to AI reviewing my application if it means a fairer shot, why not?
Sometimes resumes don’t tell the full story, especially in data roles.
If AI can look at actual skills and performance, that feels more honest.
It’s reassuring to know I’ll be judged by what I can do, not just where I’ve worked.
Of course, it’s not perfect but it’s a step in the right direction.
I’d rather be assessed on real work than keywords on a CV.
If AI can help level the playing field, I’m all for it.
