One of the most impactful moments for me was working with a client struggling with high customer churn.

They had plenty of data but no clear way to predict who was likely to leave. I built a predictive model using historical usage data and customer interaction logs to flag “at-risk” users. Instead of treating churn as a broad problem, the company now had a prioritized list of customers to reach out to with tailored offers and support.

The result? They reduced churn significantly within a quarter, but more importantly, their customer success team shifted from being reactive to proactive. For me, that was a reminder that predictive analytics isn’t just about algorithms , it’s about creating actionable signals that change how teams operate day-to-day.
